Return Policy
At Glopack, we strive to offer products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return or exchange products under certain conditions.
You may return an item within 2 days of receiving it, provided that it is in unused and original condition, with the packaging intact. Products that are damaged, used, or not in the original packaging will not be accepted for a return.
Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. If your return is eligible, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or provide a replacement.
